What guns do you want to get in 2018?

Well first I need to find my birth year gun. Sep. 1949. I don't care much what it is as long as it is shootable. I know that's not a word. I'm just saying I don't need a collectable. That's not a word either. Next I want a Victory 22. Then last but not least I want a M69 in 2.75 inch barrel. Santa are you listening. There is always next Christmas.

Last fall, I was looking for a 44 magnum, & a 986. I was open to a 986, and a 29/629. Not having much luck. Ran across a clean 29-3 just before Thanksgiving. Could not win a 986 to save my life! Bid on at least a half dozen. Oh well!
There is 2018. Guess what? Would still like a 9mm S&W revolver. Another 1 that has eluded me is a 2" Model 15. Who knows? Bob

Picking up a 3913 next week.

I kicked off 2018 by dodging a bullet.
During the week I was in the hospital, every gun in my safe became a "grail" gun, so I think I'm good for the year[emoji106]

I have my eye on two for 2018. I want a semi auto .22, and a 4" revolver in .22 LR. All of the guns below are for sale here locally at one store, so I have options.

First will hopefully either be this 5 1/2" HB Model 46 from 1963. One of only 500 made.

Or this 5 inch Model 46 from 1959. One of only 1000 made.

Or this model 41...

Next will hopefully either be this model 18-3.

Or this model 53...

A Colt SAA 4.75" on .45 Colt would be nice. Though I expect 2018 to exhibit the same supply issue as every other year......

Smith and Wesson 41 from performance center. I would like to see if it can keep up or lead the pack of 22 rimfire pistols I already have.

I would really like a cz 75b in matte stainless or a commander-sized 1911. Also a 3 inch 686 would be nice as well. So many choices....

A 9mm carbine of some sort. The newly announced Ruger PC looks good on paper and the reviews on T&E guns have been positive but I am going to try to wait until I see some reviews of production guns before I buy one.

I don't have a list- anyone that strikes my fancy when I have $$$ in my pocket are the ones I want to buy. Maybe a 638 or 642 revolver? or a classic blued .38 revolver snubby to compliment my 36-2 3".

I always look at used rifles to find cool models I like, but I wanted Mosin Nagants, have 2 of those, have a .223 bolt that I wanted, have several .22LR rifles, have my 1911, have my shield, and my SD9VE, have a .22lr Pistol, have 2 lever guns... Nothing I really want, but like I said, if I have money and see something I like...

Picked off a 624 yesterday. Since I'm self-employed, Obamacare is still in place for another year, and I have a young'un going to college next fall, I figure my buying is done for this year. Still would like to stumble on a Model 69. Never seen one in the flesh.

I'm looking for a birth year (1961) gun. At the top of my list is a 19-2 snubby, but I'm always looking in LGS's and pawnshops for anything that falls within the proper serial range and is a gun I'd want, which narrows it down to just about any S&W revolver with a 6 inch barrel or less.

That's funny because I have only seen one too. It was very lightly used.....and I bought it :D

If S&W came out with a 9mm J-Frame that is reasonably priced, I'd probably pick one up and if Glock would make an NY trigger for the G43, I would likely buy one. I've also been looking for a micro .380, but haven't yet found one to my liking.
