What is it?

I smoked Camels for years before quitting 24 years ago. Recently bummed one from a friend. Two drags and a huge gag. They aren't the cigs they used to be.

Or maybe they ARE.....

Let's be tuned for the 100th Anniversary Model of Colt's 1911 tier 3 complete recent reproduction of Colt's Original WWI Army weapon.

I like this reproduction 1911-2011 3rd Tier Colt in the original WWI style. It was modified for WWII with short trigger, arch mainspring housing and such but I prefer THE ORIGINAL model of the US Army!

Most like the WWII style or enhanced style. These WWI repros shoot supremely accurate clear out to 50 yards with ease.

Enjoy and remember it's a real Colt working today like SW 29-10s working today with better metallurgy.

Well I would say its a "tuned" 1911 that is hot stuff! Noting the tuning fork and lighter that is.

Oh, so it's recent production. Your OP was confusing to me.

I thought it was a pistol that had really gone through WWI and been restored or something.

It's not as old as the post picture shown but it works better I assume and it shoots better. It's fine at 50 yards. It's a modern Colt better suited than the antiques. No MIM or CNC parts in this one.
