What is the one gun you have been looking for and have not bought yet?

HKP7M13 I purchased one when they first came out. I paid $ 400 through their law enforcement program. It was shipped to my home because I had an FFL at the time. When I sold it, I had gotten married and needed a bigger home. Over the years I have had many variations of the P7. I just can't justify the price anymore.

A 20 ga. O/U, either Red Label, Beretta 686 or a Browning.

My wife and I enjoyed shooting clay targets when we moved to VA in the early 1980's,,

My wife wanted a Red Label 20 gauge,, we could not find one,,

We went to the local gun store and told him my wife wanted a 20 gauge O/U,,

He pulled a Valmet 412 off the shelf,, and said that it was the best 20 gauge he ever had in the store.

We bought it,, Literally, EVERYONE that shoots it seems to be incredibly good at clay target shooting with that gun,,

It might be the extra bead on the barrel, or the weight,,
I do not know,, but,, even I have to admit,, I am better with that gun,,

A 6" full underlug 14 in nice shape.
Early 4" 28.
New competition 22LR to give the Buckmark a rest...probably a Volquartsen Scorpion.

I am looking for a Llama Martial (or Comanche or Ruby or Olympico) in .32 S&W Long, a six inch target gun. It should look something like the picture below (shown is a Llama Martial in .38 Special). It may or may not have an ejector rod shroud. Llama also made a .32 S&W Long target gun called the "Olimpico" with more exaggerated target features (oversize stocks, sights) that would work for me.

I already have a .22 and a .38, and am looking for a .32 to complete the trio.

========================================

I have the above posted in the WTB section of the Classifieds. Been looking for some years now. The only one I've ever seen for sale was on GunBroker, and the starting bid was something like $1200! Yeah sure it's uncommon or even rare, but it's still a Llama!

One that just now came back to memory, a S&W Model 51. I had one, flat latch, that I used rabbit hunting on my FIL's farm years ago. Someone gave me at the time what I thought was a stupid amount for it. Sold it. Would buy another if it came across the trail; unfortunately, I think the price now is well over double what I sold it for. Go figure. But if you want it, you want it. If I see one locally, I'll buy.

I don't really have a specific model I'm looking for--I pretty much buy what I stumble across, as long as I like it and the price is right. The last Smith I passed on was a pre-lock 686 2.5" with the original combat grips. I was petty excited to see it in the LGS, but when I took a closer look it was all scuffed up, out of time, the rear sight blade was bent in a way that I knew the gun was dropped and the grips were all scratched up and the varnish was beginning to craze. Not for me, so I passed.

I did buy a 4" 686 about a year or so ago, mostly to get the Spegel grips that were included.

I also recently bought a 66-4, 2.5" just to get the Uncle Mike's grips that were on the gun. Didn't hurt that the gun was in very good condition and properly cleaned before selling. I tried out the grips on the 66-3 2.5" that I shoot and they're great, so if another gun shows up with those grips...lol.
