Lucky you to have a SIG 210! I shot one recently and it was hands down the most accurate pistol that I've ever shot.
The most accurate 9mm in my stable is a Browning Hi Power and it is usually a 2" to 2 1/2" gun at 25 yards for a full magazine.
My considerations for an accurate load depend on:
1. Quality brass and not range pick up of mixed brand and quality. Different brands will have different neck tension on the bullet and thus a slightly different pressure curve and velocity. This might be nit picking, but it ends up providing better groups.
2. Well cast bullets. I prefer casting the RCBS truncated cone style sized to .358" with ALOX lube, but good quality commercially cast bullets with powder coating have started to change my mind.
3. I like the Aliant flake powders from Bullseye to Unique for the 9mm, although Winchester 231 (Hodgdon HP 38) has produced good ammo too.
4. I've not noticed any difference in primers, so I use CCI or Remington mostly.
