What is your favorite motto??

The children kill the frog in jest,
But the frog dies in earnest.

Whenever I hear someone say, "I was just kidding."

"Life is what happens in between our plans."

"I'll be your huckleberry......."

I missed this thread until today. I've only read 10 pages so far. As I approach retirement this is mine:

All I need is one bad day in a row and I'm out of here!

"Bad breath is better than no breath".And what does "I'm your huckleberry"mean?

Didn't read every post, so it might have already been said.
Motto of The Round Table (not the King Arthur one)-
"Adopt, adapt, and improve."

Most of these have stuck with me pretty good...

Say what you mean, and mean what you say.

Silence is golden. You appear penniless.

If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Hurry up and wait.

Crush. Kill. Destroy.

Seize the Day.

Pessimists see the glass as half-empty.
Optimists see the glass as half full.
Engineers see the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

Electricians do it with less resistance.

Man your car/bike sure is fast! You were really hauling butt when I passed you!

When in doubt, gas it out.

Pin it to win it.

He who dies with the most toys wins.

-And other various sayings that seem a bit too descriptive to post here hehe

Don't let the door knob hit you where the good lord split you. :D
Best thing George Jefferson ever said.

My older brother used to say when he would meet someone that was pretty cocky, " I wish I could buy him for what he is worth and sell him for what he thinks he is worth".
