What revolvers do you use as a CCW?

I have been carrying a M60 w/ Hogue Bantams IWB quite a bit lately. Strangely, even more so than my bottom feeders! When the heck did I become a revolver guy?!?!?!?
I have a 442 with a CT grip that I also carry although my wife sorta likes that for CC and bedside. I also occasionally carry a M36 no dash.
I have a couple of speed loaders at the ready. It's nice that one size fits all!

When I do carry a revolver it is a four inch Model 57 .41 Mag in a horse hide holster made by Ryan Grizzle. The holster is fantastic, and the price and wait time ain't bad at all. I have no doubt that some folks would consider an N frame Smith as too heavy for regular/extended carry, but it is unbelievably light compared to my gun belt I wear as a cop.

Since I normally carry pursuant to being a sworn reserve law enforcement officer or under LEOSA as a retired officer, I am required to qualify annually with any weapons I carry. This year I qualified with one revolver, along with four semi autos.
The revolver I qualified with and have been carrying recently is a Model 27-2, 3 1/2 inch, nickel. With the proper holster this gun carries as well as a 1911 and better than my issued HK USP 45 Tactical.

Same here on the 637 Wyatt Deep Cover. I live in warm climate wear light clothes a lot. It's just so easy to conceal and the clip grip very convenient. 5 rounds .38spl +P

I carry a model 19 4 inch or a Para SlimHawg. Also have a J frame in a pocket holster..
What holster are you using for the 4" 19?

I read thru all of the post and the last one was a Mod. 38. Great carry gun due to the light weight and it is double action, also.
I think the real question here is not what other people carry, but which of S&W's revolver offerings are designed for such a purpose. Then you can check those models out and see which one feels right in your hand.
In general, J or K-frame guns with two- to three-inch barrels are the items you should be most interested in. Several have been mentioned above and all deserve your consideration and evaluation. Depending on how you feel about double action shooting, you may or may not want the single action option afforded by many of them. Depending on how you feel about wider handguns (which revolvers inherently are), you may prefer a narrower five-shot cylinder to a six-shot gun.
If you are weight averse but don't mind bulk, look in the used market for a 296 or 242 titanium and alloy gun. These are built on the L frame but don't feel like they weigh much of anything. The 242 shoots .38 Special, the 296 .44 Special (the cylinder of that one holds only five rounds). If you don't mind a gigantic CCW revolver, or maybe I should say barely concealable, look at the N-frame model 627 nicknamed the "Blood Work" gun from the movie it was featured in -- heavy revolver, even with a short 2-5/8 inch barrel, but it holds eight rounds of .357 Magnum.

My CCW is an S&W M500.
For the weight and bulk of a M29 I can "upgrade" to the M500 and the M500 delivers twice the muzzle energy!
I generally carry my 4" M500 with 4 speedloaders for a total of 25 round readty to go.
My Glock 10mm is my "backup."
