What to Use in a Sonic Cleaner?

I have access to a dental sonic cleaner that will allow a full size revolver to fit comfortably. What solvent or cleaner do you recommend to use that will clean the lockworks and internals without harm to the firearm?

Synthetic tranny fluid cut with coleman lantern fuel.

I've been using mineral spirits. It works great but requires some care to make sure everything gets oiled well afterward.

I used to use rubbing alcohol, cheap and readily avialible. When it gets dirty just pitch it.
