What would you add to this collection next?

I'd say you need a J-frame in .22lr. So you have the older 4" Model 63 (6-shot) in stainless steel, the newer 3" Model 63 (8-shot) in stainless, and the Airlite Model 317 (8-shot) in 2" or 3".

Oops - forgot the Model 34, 6-shot blued in 2" and 4"

.357 lever action rifle, like a Rossi 92. Pistol caliber lever rifle is a hoot to shoot, for a reasonable cost compared to rifle calibers.

I agree there is something to be said about having a revolver and rifle in the same caliber I have both .357 and .44 combos

What's next

You're got a good start. Since you want to stay in your fixed caliber range I'd start a quest for a 3 1/2 inch Model 27. Don't over look the "4", a Model 25-2 ACP or a Model 57 would be fine choices when you decide to branch out.

If you're leaning toward a K frame, IMO, the Model 19 is the choice. I'm partial to the 2.5" barrel, but the 6" barrel is a treat to shoot.

Smith & Wesson Model 19, 2 1/2" .357 magnum, my friend. Or the 4" if you'd rather, but every Smith collector needs at least one Combat Magnum.

So many good options and only so much $$$ to spend.
My suggestions are:
1- M- 19 4"
2- M 19 2 1/2"
3- M 66 4"
4- M 66 2 1/2"
Once you get some of the above, and still want to add to your collection, you can move into pricier revolvers, I.e M 27's, 38/44's and the like.

These and I'd add a 29/629 4 - 6 inch .44 mag.

A..2.5 inch Bright stainless Colt Python,..........[What!! who said that.]...........................................M*

Based on your calibers listed, I would choose a Model 14 as a high priority. I bought 1 on a whim! So glad I did! Bob
