Our One year old Granddaughter's health back as she was just diagnosed with Cancer and is currently in the hospital, having her home for Christmas would be divine as well. yesterday was her first Birhday she is a Fighter like her Grandpa and Looks Uneffected by it Regards, Hammerdown

I'll ask the same for my 84 YO father in law who lives with us. He is currently I'm the hospital with C difficil colitis, nasty nasty stuff for someone in his condition. He already has bone marrow cancer, lymphoma, congestive heart failure, and renal failure.

My unit supported the 101st more than once, including during the fight in the A Shau Valley in 1970. That was one of the occasions for which we were awarded the AF Outstanding Unit Award (we ended up with the medal and two oak leaf clusters before we were finished). Wish him a Welcome Home for me, please!

He never talks about any action he was in. He mostly just shares funny stories, sort of at my prodding. But I have gleaned from some comments he was there for Hamburger Hill.

Sending out my absolute best wishes. Kids are tough. And thinking of your Christmas Wish makes me feel so lucky. And far beyond petty with my "wants".

I appreciate your kind thought's Cancer is not nice for anyone but when a One Year old has it it changes everything. Brylee start's her Chemo therapy this coming week it will be hard on her, but Harder Yet on the family watching her going through it all. Regards, Kurt

I will keep Brylee especially, and the rest of your family also, in my prayers. And I believe all the other folks here will too. I definitely believe there is power in prayer. I can only imagine what your family is feeling and going through at this time, as I have a 2 YO granddaughter and 4 & 7 YO grand sons and another on the way.

Last week a 5" , pre 29 was listed on Gunbroker. I had fantasies of possibly buying it with the rationalization that it was a heck of an investment. Unfortunately (not for the SELLER) it went for $9015.00 .
