What's a Safe Queen??

Safe queens to me are NIB or high condition guns that I have no interest in firing. Mostly because I have others of same model I shot, or gun is of
a model that I wouldn't have a use for. Don't like to sell them because they
make better trading stock.

Or you got it from your Buddy who has crossed over to that big duck blind up in the sky.
I expect his dogs were there waiting for him.
He was a superb dog trainer.

Guns I got for carry but haven't found the right holster for or got it online and when it showed it it was better than the description. 1911SC is that now but it has battle scars from usage and S&W when they had it. 5903TSW seemed like it was a queen then the seller shot it just prior to selling it to me just because. Glock 17 gen 3 also accidental queen because I've been running pocket carry or the 469/6906 IWB.

I consider my 3906 a safe queen. She's a solid 85-90% I only shoot her once a year if that. I also consider my 78 yugo m59/66 a safe queen. The guy I got it from in trade said he barely shot it and it looks to be a good 85-90%. I prefer shooting my vz2008 over the sks.

My only safe queens are the antiques and military bringbacks, to me that are historical pieces. Having said that I do have copies of those guns that do get shot. Even my 3906 winds up in a holster every now and then.
