What's Better than a Great Potato Chip?

Pringles.....

I don't know if Pringles are actually a potato chip but I sure can't eat just one, unless they mean one tube full.

That must be some process to get them all shaped exactly the same, enough to stack perfectly in a can.

BTW If you take 2 Pringles put the concave sides together and stick them in your mouth, you can make a duck bill. Great for parties.:D:D:D

I don't know where in Ma you are from, the best chips were made in Fall River, the comp. name was Made Rite they sold out to Frito Lay back in the late 50's.

Made Rite is suspiciously close to Maid Rite, an Iowa confection described generically by Roseanne Barr as a "loose meat sandwich". I would describe it as a sloppy Joe without the barbecue sauce, just crumbly ground beef, no doubt with a high proportion of filler. Nevertheless, if you do it right, with a slice of cheese, some mustard, salt and pepper, you get a little sandwich that gives a White Castle a run for its money.

Doing it right means stopping at the biker bar Maid Rite in Cedar Rapids, right across the street from Coe College. Wash your Maid Rites down with a draft Millstream served in a Mason jar, and you are in hog heaven, an expression which is high praise in Iowa.

Doing it wrong means stopping at the Formica Maid Rite on the north end of Waterloo, getting some rancid meat, and nursing a queasy stomach all the way back to Saint Paul.
