I'll be throwing a hamburger patty on the grill, with corn and some cabbage. Water melon for afters. Then some Scoth!

Half of the 16 oz. ribeye, corn on the cob, tomatoes and an Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout. (burp!)

Now for a Scoth or two as Rudi "suggested." :D

We don't do big meals in the evening very often any more. Once you get past 50 the "standard" big evening meal with red meat is just a ticket to bad cholesterol and too much weight. We keep the last meal small and try to get it eaten by 1800, and most days it involves chicken or fish.

Yeah, I can hear the traditionalists firing up the tar boiler already.

Went to a newly discovered Mexican restaurant and had their wet burritos (chicken) with rice and re-fried beans. Mighty tasty and I couldn't eat it all!

Cooking is not among my skill set. I do not care for any aspect of it, other than eating the results. Henceforth I eat out a lot.

I am in Incheon looking for some good German food. Wish me luck. :D

I'll be having a "resurrection meal". All of the left overs will get cleaned out of the refrig.

We eat our main meal around 1 PM, and had a prime rib burger with caramelized onions, 1/2 corn on the cob, cucumber and diced Roma tomato with Italian dressing, and finished with a square of 85% cocoa Lindt dark chocolate.

That German food sounds good for a change, however
at the store the other day they had a great buy on some
T-Bones at 5.99 and beef shanks at 2.99 a pound, which will be
used in the near future with the other zip-lok bags being frozen for later enjoyment.

Might give the Pinto beans a workout this week, since the little lady told me that we sure have a lot of them in the cupboard !
