What's in Your Pocket: J-Frame, CS9, Sig 365, Shield, or???

A Sig P-938 in a Mika's pocket holster.

So far the combo has worked well in every pair of pants and shorts I own.

This is what it's evolved to for me. An S&W 638 with Barami clip grips. The bicycle inner tube helps with handling. Those Barami's are slick. For deep concealment the gun gets slipped all the way into the depths of my strong-side front pocket. If I'm wearing a long shirt or coat, or I'm in a sketchy situation, the gun gets clipped to the edge of the pocket. That makes it very easy to get to and it holds it securely. I'm happy with this configuration.

I pocket carry either a 340PD or LCP, depending on how I’m dressed for the day.

My 637 with factory CT grips in a DeSantis in the front jeans pocket for deep conceal. If a loose shirt and cargo pants or shorts, I go with my 365XL in a Bare Arms custom kydex IWB. More than twice the rounds, without a speed strip.

Another vote for the Mk1.5 LCP. On me at all times where legal.

I should pick up a pocket holsters for my cargo shorts sized pistols. Walther PPS M2 would be favored as I shoot it very well. I have an LC9s but have grown to dislike its recoil characteristics. I also have a Kahr CW9 but have yet to master the trigger at speed.

If only carrying one handgun a Kahr PM40, as a backup to a larger handgun I often carry a KelTec P3AT. I am retired so very seldom wear dress slacks so I moved up the the 40 S&W for my EDC pocket rocket.
