When I first started deer hunting, along the Wasatch Front in Utah, the grizzled old hunters that took me under their wing noticed that I was getting after this hunting thing like a hound dog on a gut wagon!

I immediately became "Gutpile Charlie". Liked it so well, it has stuck for all these years.

Years later, an owner of another, unnamed gun forum met me in person at a gunshow. He said something to the effect that he really wanted to see what the Bambi slayer really looked like!

Actually haven't hunted a deer in a long time.

I've always thought that if I ever opened a beer, bait and tackle shop, some where in the Ozarks, that would be the name I would want to hang over the front door.

It just seems to fit!

I added my birthday after it (Dec 5) hence Stu1205.
Not very original, but it works for me, and I can remember it.

At the time I joined the forum I was assigned to the Midtown South Precinct, abbreviated MTS. Then I got transfered to the 1st Precinct. I guess I should be 001 Cop now.
