The 620 never ocurred to me.The first thing is its facing the wrong way unless you want to hide that it has an iL which is what the factory does.
My guess is some sorta 620 L frame ?
The cylinder almost looks K frame but when the stop notches align with the flutes it's an odd number of rounds so 7 shot.
The right side relieved stocks are generally found on comemoratives with engraving so my guess those were added ?
Once upon a time the caliber was on the barrels right side IIRC, Guessing its a .357.
Wait is it a flash chromed hammer trigger?
Speed-loader relief on the right grip?
No S&W logo on either side?
