When was this model 64 made?

I have a model 64-8, serial DBH78XX. This has the 2-piece barrel and the internal lock, round butt, no original stocks, box or paper. I know from the SCSW 3rd Edition (the one I have access to) they started the dash 8s in 2004, just as that edition went to press. But I can't figure out when she was made: she's just a shooter, so it's not a big deal. Just an itch in my brain.

I can't find DBH prefixes in the 5th edition but from 2009 - 2016 all the ones I see start with C. 2005 - 2008 contains multiple Dxx prefixes and that era seems like a safe bet. Sorry I can't nail it down any better than that.
