We took a walk around the neighborhood early this afternoon ,and I noticed that our house was the only house, out of 50 houses, that had the American Flag up. I guess my Father, brother and myself fought for the right people have to not display Our Great Flag. God Bless my friends that didn't come back with me and all Great American Heros.

Myself and three houses immediately around me had flags up today. I never miss it.

Neighbor next door to the north is a WWII vet. He was a navigator on an Eighth Air Force B17 of the 305th Bomb Group. He was wounded on the plane's fifth mission.

Plane didn't come back from mission number six...all hands lost.

He never misses flying the flag.

I proudly served and proudly fly my flag from a 16 ft. pole in front of my house perpetually, in honor of those who served and are serving our country.

I must admit that I forgot to get a new one last year so I have no flag to fly today so I put out my POW/MIA flag.

I drove mine around today in my late great-uncles jeep. He was a WW-II veteran. I think he would have been proud. I got a lot of waves and horn beeps from folks that I passed by.

The flag flying in front of my house today was first flown over the Capitol In Washington DC during Bush the elder's presidency.

my has not been down in 6 years living in this condo but my law suite to fly it has been going on for all that time i pray the court rules in my favorit or it may not be flying this time next year

Only flags flying around here (except for public buildings. See, gov't is good for something) are Mexico, PR, Cuba and a few Jamaican. And "Mi Orgullo" bumper stickers. Joe

Mine flies year round. The city put the usual ones out at our Veterans Memorial Park. One for each veteran that has ever served that lived/lives in the city. A lot of flags. Not small ones either, 3X5 flags. As in 3X5 Feet.

On my street there is a flag in front of EVERY house. The boyscouts get a donation of I think $25 a year. They put them up on all flag related days. There are holes drilled in the sidewalk in front of every house. I dont know if everyone paid or not, but if they didnt, they werent left out. I live in cedar city utah.

I proudly marched behind the one I served under today.

I love living in the country, flags are everywhere around here, including my front porch. I was out driving today and went through several small towns and flags were on the power poles, bridges, porches, everywhere.

I live in an apartment so I don't have anyplace to put a flag outside. But I mounted one to my Jeep today.

A USA-Made flag is on display at my residence. Annin Flag Company still makes the best flags in the world. It is inherently sickening to me that many of US flags we see are made in China. There's still Annin and Valley Forge, etc., and they'll always get my business while they still manufacture here, in America. My Daughter carried an Annin flag in the Memorial Day parade today.
