It's called a washer. Yours is called a silver washer as opposed to the black ones. But round thingy works too

If you can't find one try to pick up a set of beater grips for next to nothing and scavange all the metal parts. Or you may be able to find a set of NOS medallions.
If originality isn't an issue, you can make one from Lucite. You can also buy pre-cut wooden discs at places like Lowe's, Home Depot or Michael's, Hobby Lobby.
