I went to a St Patrick's day parade a few years ago. I cut my avatar from the following picture:

Mine is a patch that represented the USS Coontz which was a destroyer in WWII. They now have Coontz class destroyers. The boat was named after my great, great, great uncle (Admiral Robert Coontz) who was the second CNO of the US Navy. It was kind of his idea to fly planes of moving boats which we all know is a big reason why we won the Pacific campaign. Don't ask me how I didn't end up a Navy man.

Mine is a picture of Dick, the best cat I ever had. He was a Bengal, my best friend, and I lost him to cancer just a year ago at about 5 years of age. I always said he was the son I never had. A spectacular cat.
