WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR CC HOLSTER?

I appreciate the feedback. My poll won't be finished for a while but I don't think my present decisions will change. Out of the 33 responses, I got 38 different holsters & some good advice.
There is no way my operation will ever make money on holsters. I'm going to keep a few of the best makers & types for my weapons for examples to educate my customers & then try to special order what they want. If I can discount them I will. This will be just a customer service part of my business. I'll never get rich but maybe I can get enough info out there to help them make an informed decision.
One problem was reaffirmed to me & I have have to say I don't have a solution. Many people don't want to spend much on a holster any more than they want to spend what they should on a scope. Hell, a lot will still buy **** like Röhm RG, Phoenix Arms, Lorcin or Hi-Point.
Of course I would take one of those over nothing.
I was also surprised that no one mentioned items like Clip-draw, HIP GRIP or Chaos gadgets. I have used those in some situations.

What kind of holster/ carry device do you prefer? Depends. Don Hume JIT slide was one of my favorites, still is for 2"J. After a while, my JIT for K became unreliable, and I now carry my 2" 15 in an O'Rourke pancake. Sometimes I get tired of the weight, and wear pants with big enough pockets to handle a 642 in a JITslide for a Colt D frame, used as a pocket holster for the J. My Colt SS Gov't Model works fine in a Milt Sparks Summer Special. Strangely enough, my Commander does not - the muzzle pokes my hip. For that, and for my BHP, a Mitch Rosen belt holster works better, although the BHP might be OK in the Sparks. Never needed to try it. Have Galco and DeSantis holsters for my N frames, also one Lobo (VERY nice) for my 1917 repro. When I carry on the ankle, I use Renegade.

That covers most of what I carry these days. Like many of us, I have bought a lot more holsters than I have ended up using regularly. I have bought from all the sources you have mentioned, and have bought both new and used from my LGS, who has gone through a few phases in holster offerings. I think that many LGS have had to make adjustments/correct errors/change approaches depending on the market, and I'm not sure that the market is a constant, either. I got the Mitch Rosen at a rather attractive price during one of the adjustments, and I have gotten several used Galcos VERY cheap from the junk bin. They were not junk.

I don't know your customers. My guess is that most of the folks on THIS forum will spend plenty of money on a good holster, but what that has to do with what YOU should stock, I don't know.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR HOLSTERS?? Mostly custom made by on-line manufacturers. A couple on ebay (not the best for my uses)!!

I carry a Shield in a Blackdog OWB holster or a NRA concealed carry vest....

When I front pocket carry I use a Ruger LCR in a Remora holster...

5. Until a couple of years ago, I went online with Optics Planet. Now, I found a maker I like, and I just ordered a crossdraw for my 60 snubby from Big Rob's Leather. Rob made me a very nice strong side high ride with matching ammo slide for my Ruger Montado last year. When I like the work and service, I go back to the same maker.
