Don't worry, you have plenty of company. They have been using the same tactic for years now. I don't know how they stay in business.
They must rely on new shoppers I guess. It's really not they way I would conduct business in any event.

I really like my Troy battlemags. I'd have taken the discount on the Troys and insisted he still send out my Pmags.
But, they worked to make you happy, and that's what counts!Tracy
I just went to the mailbox and got my order from Grabagun.
I had ordered 2 Magpul Gen2 Pmags.
I received 2 Troy mags.
A call to Grabagun got me a service rep that knew right away why I was calling. He said a guy in shipping screwed up a bunch of orders. He offered the Troys at a $5 discount and I said no thanks.
He said he'd immediately send out two new Magpuls and a return label for the Troys.
I'm hopeful that's what happens. That would be good customer service in my eyes.
My pmags arrived Saturday. They shipped out FAST!!! That was good service.
There was a mixup with my order from grabagun too where they sent out the Troy. They fixed the error, sent me the two Pmags and a prepaid postage envelope. Fast and solid work fixing the error.
Yep. No dawdling or waiting for the old mags back, just zip and the new mags were here....
