I try to do the bike about 10 minutes each night. I jump on youtube and find a 10 minute song while exercising. Listen to
The Allman Bros
Marshall Tucker
Iron Butterfly, etc

Tonight was a marathon of Bob Wills and his Texas Playboys.

What do you listen to?

I usually try to do a album on mp3 or a particular artist. I try to keep it upbeat. Bob Segar, Bryan Adams, Cheap Trick, The Cars, etc. We have a combination recumbent bike/rowing machine. I like to do 20 minutes on the bike and 5-10 minutes on the rower, every other day. I do upper body hand weights in the 10-20lb range while sitting on one of those exercise balls to help with balance on the off days, plus some squats.

I do a 30 minute ride at the gym. My old iPod is set on random and searches through the 10 solid days of music stored there. From Bach to Charlie Patton (but NO Broadway show tunes.)

On treadmill, bike or stair machine, I read using my tablet. When using other weight machines, I have a diverse mixture of songs playing on my phone/bluetooth headphones. Pretty much all rock and roll, but every decade represented from the 60's through the 2010's. If I hear a song and like it, it doesn't matter what time period it comes from. :D

I use a MP3 player set on random with the following,Chicago,BTO,REO,Dr.Hook,Styx,Kansas,The Guess Who,GrandFunk,Cheap Trick and a few others.

"I'm a Man", "Takin' Care of Business", "Roll with the Changes",
"A Little Bit More", "Too Much Time on My Hands", "Point of No
Return", "No Sugar Tonight", "Locomotion", "Because I'm Awesome".

Not bad...

I try to do the bike about 10 minutes each night.

I bought an inexpensive stationary bike years and years ago, but every time I'd get on it and start pedaling away, I'd remember dad telling me I'd never get anywhere...so I got rid of the thing.

i went on Amazon Prime music and put together a few different play lists...
i'll put one on when i get into bed, listening to them helps me fall asleep. it has a nice "Sleep" feature so i set it for an hour. I made the mistake of putting on a Louie CK stand up special and i was laughing too hard to fall asleep!

I suspect if I was to try that, I'd be more of a Dean Martin or Perry Como kind of a guy.:o:rolleyes:
