Who made this crossdraw holster?

During my research to find the perfect (for me) crossdraw holster, I copied a bunch of photos from various makers, but I forgot to document exactly which photo came from which maker. So, with that in mind, can any of you here tell me who made these holsters? I believe they all came from the same maker, and I now I need a holster for my 629-4...
