I'm in love with this rifle. I can't wait to start dressin' her up. She really likes the Fedaral bulk I've been feeding her. Somewhere close to 1000 rounds with zero incident.

My S/N DTH**** had a couple of ftf in the first 100-150 rounds. I now have about 750 rounds with no problems at all. This gun does not have the new blue springs or tabbed plunger for extractor. Shooting only Federal bulk from wal mart or cci mini mags. Not sure if it matters but after cleaning I'm using S&W dry lube on moving parts. Love this gun very fun to shoot for me and my 7year old daughter.

I bought my first M&P15-22 on Thanksgiving day at Gander Mtn, had been wanting one from first sight and the deal Gander was offering that day was great. The salesman even knocked off an extra $50 because I had to wait about 15 minutes for him to finish with another customer!!
Anyway, after just shooting a few hundreds rounds through it I was hooked.
I added a BSA Sweet 22 3x9 scope and then just for looks, a cheap tactical flashlight, a laser and a homemade barrel shroud.
Yesterday, I was back in Gander Mtn and was telling the saleman how much I like the rifle and that I should have bought another one during the sale for the wife to shoot. He said he would price match the sale price and so I bought another one !!
I took both of them to the indoor range today and they both ran great!! I did take the time to load the mags so they were staggered in the stack. Ran about 400 Blazer's through them.

I took mine out a few days ago and put 100 rounds of CCI through it with no issues. I love it. Good feel and balance. Cheap ammo is a huge plus.

Next trip I'll sight in the scope.

300 rnds of cci, 200 cppr plt 40grn, 100 rnd nose lead, 40 gr. love it, not to accurate with quick trigger, but 2-3 secs in btwn & 1-2inch groups.
