Just asked a Yellow Bellied Sap Sucker the importance of living up to one's given avian name.

Try telling that to the Great Tit. or the Eurasian Blue Tit.

And just to confuse things, what about the the Titmouse?

Or the Peacock Mantis Shrimp, which isn't a peacock, or a mantis, or a shrimp.
