Wide Target Hammer for 686?

Was there ever made or can I find a wide spur stainless target hammer to fit a 686? Is it the same size hammer as a K frame?

L hammers are different than K - they have a tall "neck" above the spur. They did make different spur sizes.
What width do you have now?

I haven't taken posession of the 686 yet but is a normal width hammer, I just like the wide target style ones like on a model 14 or 29.

Still, anybody, can a wide target hammer be aquired for a 686-3?

It appears that there are .265" and .375" spur hammers for the 686.

might try numrich and see if they have any left. those hammers have been hard to find lately. put up a wanted and see what happens. surely someone has one they don't need.
