You might also want to look at using .45 ACP cases, if you are reloading, and using the easily loaded and unloaded RIMZ full moon clips. They are faster loading than speed loaders:
Be sure and get the Hydrocarbon/Polymer clips (there are two kinds of materials these are made from - plain polymer and the stiffer and more reliable Hydrocarbon/Polymer clips). Read carefully before you order as they are also revolver specific.
I have two 625's and have both types of material. The original poly clips are flexible and work fine for range use. Now, I recommend the latest Hydrocarbon/Polymer clips as they retain the loaded rounds better. They are easy to load and unload with your fingers. The steel full moon clips require tools to load and unload.
One word of caution. The HKS speedloader for my 625 (HKS model 25-2?) holds .45 auto rim cases fine. However, the original Pachmyer grips did not have a cut-out or relief for speedloaders. Because the cartridge is so short, the speedloaders didn't work. Switched to a Hogue monogrip, which has the speedloader cut-out which works fine. Of course, moonclip are faster once you have the clips loaded.
