Buddy of mine just bought the latest and greatest Samsung 4k Curve. It was a real problem that he struggled with and the Samsung folks were not of much help. Turned out that the automated Samsung Smart Hub updates were the problem with accessing Netflix. He fixed it by deactivating Netflix. Reactivated and changed the country code. I think he changed the auto updates to manual? It's been working since. He did some Googling to find the fix. Turns out a ton of Samsung owners have had Netflix issues.
