1960 Production Officers Model Match .38 (Single Action Only) W/Letter to Fort MacArthur USGI **RARE**
Offering this one up for trade, but may eventually put it up for sale
Offering up for possible trade this rarely seen government issued Colt Officers Model Match in .38 Special that is Single Action Only and comes with a Colt Archive letter showing that it shipped in 1960 to Fort MacArthur
This gun shows handling marks and has some chips out of the original stocks.....see many photos below for details.
Still in great overall condition and very collectible!!
I will consider trades or part trades for pre model number S&W's and I prefer N-Frame such as the pre-27, pre-29, etc. with 6.5" or less barrel length. I prefer blue finish over nickel, but will give consideration to either. I may also give consideration to early pre WWII Winchester or Marlin lever guns.....prefer them in calibers other than .30-30 or .32 Special. Must be 50+ years old so it can ship to my C&R.
As for value, I would put this one at $2,300 based on condition
