WORK SLOWDOWN ON S&W M&P 40 SHIELDS

Just a guess, but my LGS is long time established S&W dealer. They get Shield shipments about once a month or so. It could be that S&W favors the long time customers when it comes to picking who gets what. By the way, mine was $399+tax.

I have a .40 compact, and could not be any happier with it. I want a a Shield .40, but not going to pay the stupid price they are going for right now in some areas. If somebody had one priced in the low to mid $400.00 price range I will buy it today. But it has to be a .40.
