The Wal-Mart I shop at is gun friendly. they stock a good selection of long guns and the most popular black rifles. They maintain a very good selection of ammo for both hand guns and long guns. Within the last month they have added reloading items thou right now it is very limited due to the ammo shortage. I have bought a couple of 22 rifles there this year. one was a Ruger 10/22 I got the last one in stock. I will say that is Wal-Mart does not hold back ammo or guns for people, if it comes in it goes on the shelf. Wal-Mart has continued to sell ammo for the same price and not jacked it up as some have done. I don't work for Wal-Mart either, and not a really big fan of them but I go where I can get what I need when I need it.

It's just Wal-Mart, chill. Now, if they ran out of groceries and couldn't keep any on the shelf, I would get concerned.

It wouldn't be the end of the world, but it would be a bummer. I will be buying their ammo as long as they continue to sell it. Maybe after I retire, pay off the mortgage, and get the kids moved out, I will be more accepting of the idea of being gouged at other stores...Not!
