Just bought one in south Texas for $200.00 with ammo and a Bianchi holster.
That sounds like a great buy and I definitely think you should, but to answer the question... no, I truly would not buy that. I just don't like J-frames at all and I really don't like revolvers with a barrel under 3-inches.

I just gave over $500 for one just like it (but it was unfired NIB). And I would do it again.
