I would go with the 66 every time. I was issued a fixed sight S&W in the academy, and later had the use of a 3" 13 for a few months. I just shoot the adjustable sighted guns better.....YMMV

The 3" 66 was my grail revolver at the time I bought it.
I have a 3" 65 too.
As far as looks I like the 65-5 best. Mine was a Lady Smith, but I removed the LS and polished it.

Smith should have made a "65NL" like the 3913NL.... for us guys!!!!!
