I am looking for used (tested) hollow point rounds that I use to make art pieces with - primarily bullet paperweights.
My old source no longer does any ballistic testing, so I am now looking for someone else who can provide these for me.
Or if anyone out there knows of someone who does ballistic testing and get me in contact with them, I would greatly appreciate it. I'd send you one of my art pieces if the contact works out.
The ammo can be anything from say a nicely expanded .380 to a .50 AE and everything in between. My favorite rounds to use are the Federal HST's, because of their nearly uniform expansion, but I am open to any HP round out there that fully expanded. The more it looks like a "flower", the more use I have for it.
Here is a group of what the ideal expanded rounds would looks like. In this case, they were .40 S&W 180 grain Federal HST's.
Here are some examples of the bullet paperweights and pendants I make in my spare time for others:
And a rose for the ladies
Thank you all in advance!
