SOLD to R Crabtree
This 19-5 2.5" has bluing removed on both sides of the barrel and around the trigger guard. It also has a slight spot on the cylinder. The original owner was elderly and she took some 3 in 1 oil and sandpaper to it. It had been shot only a few times. I shot 100 rounds through it last week, nice groups at 15 yards. It is a good shooter and mechanically sound. It would serve well bedside, in a glovebox or for cc. It has the original stocks, box with correct label, and all papers. It is product number 100702 and serial number begins with ANB. Based on the advice of fellow members, I was thinking of shipping to Smith to have it reblued. I don't really need another 19, this one just needed to be rescued. How about a ftf trade in East TN for a K, L or N frame or $390. Email address is in my profile if you have an offer.
