Anyone notice that one of the ACTORS in this movie, Tombstone, was Wyatt Earp lll?

Wyatt Earp had no children. Whoever that was may have been a descendant (albeit not directly) of Wyatt Earp but he couldn't have been Wyatt Earp the Third.



I found this book in a used bookstore for two bucks. I think if you read it and you read Tombstone by Tom Clavin you can get a pretty good balanced idea of what happened between the Earps, the Clantons and the McLowries.

One of the most interesting things I found out about the Earps from both books is that they had this drive they didn't just want to be wealthy, they wanted to be wealthy and respected and pillars of the community. Even their father was like that.

And I can't speak for the rest of the brothers but according to both books Wyatt chased that for his entire life.

I don't think he ever had a chance to enjoy the life that he had because he spent all of it chasing for that one big strike that was going to make him rich and respectable
