I am considering buying a 15 0r 17 round magazine for my M&P9c. Does Xgrips make a magazine sleeve for the 15 round 9mm magazine, or only for the 17 round magazine?

Xgrip will fit the 17-round 9mm and/or the 15-round .40S&W.
In your case, (M&P9c), it will be a 17-round magazine.

If you're asking about the S&W 15 round 9mm magazines that work for the regular M&P-9, yes - the X-Grip adapter will work. The S&W 15 round magazine that I bought has the same external dimensions as the normal 17 round magazine.

The 15 round mags are for state compliance. They are the same size as the 17 round ones. They are also the same size as the 10 round ones (also state compliance). Xgrips will fit. I have a bunch for mine.
