Yahoo Mail Problem

Friend is having problem with Yahoo Mail.
It is not updating/receiving messages.
Showed 18 Unread - but can not access them.
Expected count would be more like 75 - 100.

Does anybody know how to contact Yahoo without paying money.

I would suggest your friend do a clear down of his/her machine before doing anything else. Usual routine, clear cache, cookies, shutdown the browser, and restart the computer. Sometimes, it's the only way.

Has he tried logging in and accessing his mail from another device?
