Mid grade
The other night I was at the local gas station and when I was paying the kid at the register he asked if I wanted 87octane, I said "I'm getting mid grade" and got a blank stare..and a "huh?". I should have just replied "you know, not High Test" but he probably would have gone cross eyed. Then on the way home I traveled back in my mind to a time long ago when the gas pumps were all on and you just pumped first..
