Wait, wait! That is a toy gun I bet. Does this have something to do with NYC's draconian laws concerning life like toys? Companies that sold toy guns to New York residents over the internet will have to pay fines.

"Retailers including Walmart, Sears and Amazon have agreed to halt the sales of life-like toy guns in New York. State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said Monday that the retailers also have agreed to pay over $300,000 in penalties."

I guess we have to trace all of today's violent crime that includes the use of guns back to those of us who grew up playing with toy guns that looked like real guns. Fancy lookin' six shooters and toy rifles that did not have bright orange barrel ends. We played cowboys and indians, cops and robbers, army and must have shot up thousands of "bad guys" and "good guys", depending on which side you got to play. Little did we know we were creating a culture of violence and disrespect of human life that comes from playing with toy guns. It's a wonder an entire generation did not end up hardened criminals behind bars instead of leading normal, productive lives as decent peaceful citizens. Clearly the problem is the toy guns and not anything else.....

Now you're generalizing. I had toys like that especially a toy rifle that "bangs" every time. I grew up to be a law abiding citizen. I can't say this much for the next generations after mine. We had morals but they don't hence the mess we're in.
