Your screen name, what does it mean.

It is my CowboyShooting alias, and that refer to my head

Mine is a leftover from a company I worked for in the 90's. Our computer login had to be at least 8 characters long with at least 2 numbers in it. GPE are my initials,55 is the year I was born, and BUD has been my nickname ever since I was old enough to recognize a name. My fathers name was Paul also, I'm a junior so everyone called me bud to differentiate between the two of us. On a side note, I asked my Mother one time why they called me BUD. She answered "Big Ugly Dude". Just kidding!!

Although that does work. 6'5" and 280 pounds.

As a musician I play loud music. In my last band I was on guitar and it was always noted that my guitar rig was brutally loud sooo "Too Loud For You" which was shortened for forums. Doesn't hurt I also own a 460 magnum which isn't exactly quiet.

Wildfire started out as my cb handle, then progressed to a nickname. Rose is both mine and my daughters middle name. Screen name is just a comfy combo of both.

Mine refers to the 5-string banjo. I've been playing for over 45 years. My avatar is the shorter 5th string and its tuning peg.

I got a call about a fight in a rural bar, and a crazy man had run everyone out of the bar and was in there alone.

Bar fights weren't usually my beat as a Highway Patrolman, but I was the only LEO available in the county right then.
Being forewarned by the patrons and bar owner about what was going on, I put on my riot helmet and grabbed a riot baton.

When I went in, he had a pool cue and we went to war. He was too drunk to be very dangerous but he weighed 295 and couldn't feel any pain.
I split his forehead open,(that really pissed him off) I broke his collar bone, and a couple of ribs, before he quit.

Iggy was a lone wolf mountain man type.
On the way to town, he said, "Damn, you're nasty with that stick!"

While he was in the hospital I was his only visitor.
When he was released from the hospital, I took him to court and to jail. He got 30 days.
I was his only visitor.

When he got out of jail, I took him back to his mountain.

When he treed the bar again, they called me.
He would be on the fight until I walked in
He would say "Aw hell, I can't fight you, you're my friend." He would grin and hold out his hands for the cuffs.
From then on when Iggy got into trouble, they would call me on or off duty and I would go get him.
Over the years we became good friends.

I told him if he got drunk and killed someone in a car wreck I would never forgive him.

One day I was called to investigate a wreck on the mountain. It was Iggy and he had run off the road and wrapped his car around a tree. He was pinned in the car. I crawled in the car with him.
He looked at me and said, "Chip, I didn't kill anyone else."

I said,"Yeh, Iggy, I know" and he died.

I was the only one at his funeral and I spread his ashes on his mountain.
People couldn't understand why I went to all the bother with someone like that.
All I could tell them was," Aw hell, Iggy was my friend."

Very touching story Iggy, it says a lot about your character. More people should be so considerate. My hat is off to you!!

Well my nick is pretty self expanitory, for the PC Shorty Forty. Ever since this gun came out I just had to have it, I now own 2 of them.

Cheers,
Sam

Easy to write / easy to remember

My initials plus a little extra to make it sound like rooster.

Name and caliber of first weapon,
I guess now I can change it to nick9, 22, 7.63x39, 7.62x54R, 12
You people gave me this sickness!!!

I collect Colt Diamonbacks and that was my age 68 when I first got on the computer. I screwed up and left out a "d" and I just tell those who ask that that is the missing "D" frame I haven't found yet in my collection.

Mine is an acronym for the consulting/training business I formed: Security Awareness For Executives And Risk Managers.

I ended up with deadin and have used it everywhere since.
This is sorta what I did. Big D was taken, so this is a combination of some of my first name and last name. It also really throws people off that I am a female (I love assumptions.)

Iggy, everybody needs a friend...I'd say your one of the best anyone could ask for.

Thank You for your Law Enforcement Service

...my original handle here was "m629"...but my computer crashed, I couldn't get back on line with the new one....and I had my First Encounter with a REAL sweet caliber, which Gawd herself intended when she invented shot & shell

Tin is the first part of my e-mail address which is Tinindiansr..Broken down, it reads Tin Indian Senior. "Tin Indian" was a 1966 Pontiac GTO that was the scourge of many a drag strip back in the late 60's and was my hero being a Pontiac fan..
