In the past 3 days I sent two e-mails requesting information, made two phone calls leaving voice mail requests for info, and finally today sent a fax trying to place an order and requesting a e-mail response indicating if items are still available. I haven't heard squat, yet. I have a feeling that perhaps they are already all spoken for. Some other distributor might have made a move and scooped up all that was left.

If anybody hears anything positive, or gets a gun delivered, please let us know.

I spoke to him yesterday 1900hrs CST. Ordered a handpicked (+$) SQ BT H/B, emailed my FFL info and sent a MO today.

he told me to write the info on what I wanted on the FFL.

I have not heard from him. I think he is just swamped with business.

Got a very nice email from John this evening. He said they have been swamped with requests and the first batch has sold out, but they got a new batch in today and are logging them in. He asked for my preference and my phone number and said he would call when they are ready to go. Seemed like a very nice guy and I look forward to hearing from him again.

Last evening he e-mailed me a picture of the two guns that I was getting. Both of them looked to be in pretty good shape minus a little blueing on the barrel from holster wear.

Got an e-mail reply on Wednesday, after about an hour. Very courteous, and asked for my preferences and phone number. He said he was truly swamped. Hope he makes a good profit on these guns, for the effort it's costing him. TACC1

I talked to him again yesterday to confirm thaqt my FFL sent the papers he needed. He told me he had 650 voicemails he was trying to go thru on top of all of the calls he could answer and trying to sort thru the new guns he picked up. The whole time he was super nice and told me if I needed anything else to call him and let him know.

I have been trying to arrange a pick-up of one of the model 10's for the last couple of days. Talked to him a couple of days ago and he said he was still in the process of sorting through the guns and orders, and would call me that night and let me know the status. No call that night. Tried to call the next day and eventually sent an email with no response yet.

He is not close enough that I want to drive over there without knowing he will be there and has something available. I'm sure he is just busy trying to respond to the demand.

These guys have been super nice, they answered my email and called me when the guns were ready to go. I called them back yesterday afternoon and gave them my credit card number and faxed them the FFL copy. He said the gun would go out today priority mail. You can't ask for better service than that especially when he said they are getting around 600 calls and emails a day on these guns. I complimented Jeremy on being so nice (he really was) with this kind of work load.
Hang in there if you are dealing with them, I think they are more than glad to deal with you, they're just really busy.

Having raised the red flag, I feel obligated to report on the results of my investigation. Jeromy M. Freitas, dba "Jer's Gun Shop", is a properly licensed FFL, and is properly registered as a sole proprietorship in King County, Wa., and listed in the Washington State tax records as a legitimate business.

I mailed my FFL and a money order yesterday. Post office told me that it should get there from here in NW Alabama in about three working days. I've emailed Jeremy and told him that the check is in the mail, so to speak. I'll be in touch with him next week about Wednesday, and try to post and let you guys know my status with my order. In the meantime, if anyone receives one before me, let us know the condition, etc.

Just received a call from the shop.
Model 10 mailed to my FFL Satuday with confirmation number.

Said he is almost caught up.



Now we get to find out what $140 brings us.

Mine should be here tomorrow. Hopefully can post pics in a couple days. He called me yesterday afternoon with a tracking number that it had gone out Saturday. It did, it's in Montgomery on it's way to Dothan. Oh Boy!
