can you get more specific on your link. it opened up a forum with 16 pages of replies. i didn't have time to read all of them to find this tool.
thanks.
X2. I found a post where they have one, but went to shot show and no pic.
there is a pic of it on page 15 of that thread in the above link. looks nice but there is no socket in the end so you can't use a torque wrench.
then they left for the shot show and didn't discuss when they would be available. they aren't on their website either.
i've got 8 ft of 3/4" pvc left so i'll just make a new one if my current one fails.
One thing I saw them sniveling about on that post.
"I would sure rather not have to remove the flash hider every time I remove the barrel. Not to mention re-indexing the hider every time."
The problem with that is, the diameter of the flash hider is larger than the diameter of the barrel nut. That means the barrel nut will not fit over the flash suppressor, so you can't get your rifle apart.
The diameter of the Forearm End Cap is even smaller. Ya gotta take the muzzle device off to remove the barrel.
I really cant imagine a 22 kickin up tht much stuff anyway... and the comp. just screws off... so screw it off and move on, life will not stop, i swear![]()
