If you are looking for a handgun rack you need to check out MANABOUT RACKS, these handgun racks are 100% quality made.
The owners name is Rick and he makes top noch racks that are reasonably priced.
Just received 3 racks today. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I second these completely. They aren't wearing marks into the bluing, wearing into the satin finished stainless steel, nor do they have any cloth to trap dirt or moisture. I bought a stacking kit for two of them and was able to make even more room in the safe. I love them and not I don't work for them. I wish I got a kick back since I have convinced a few people to buy them… ;)

No connection for me other than as a very satisfied customer. The racks are great.

I'm new to the forum and this is my first post, but I've been reading the forum for a while. I too have to agree, one of the best out there. Couple of issues with the plastic coated wire rack. It holds the guns upside down, and if you notice they dont show revolvers in the rack, thats because it dont hold them very well. The ManAbout Racks presents the guns at the correct angle and holds both pistols and revolvers equally as well. 3/16" thick synthetic olefin padding thats mositure and chemical resistant and dont mark guns finish. They're great.

I have three different racks from Manabout Racks. Rick has always been a stand up guy and the racks do what they are supposed to do. Organize my Smiths. I recommend them.

I'm partial to the wood racks also. Some of mine stay in this stackable which is similar to the Manabout.

Came across this rack manufacturer today...

and with limited top shelf clearance, I emailed the owner, he's already responded and the rod will bend down to allow for clearance. I think I'll order one. The tray below is optional but it is nice to keep accessories with or near the pistol it belongs to.

This is a lot simpler (for me) than wood or foam racks the block vision in my safe.

I just use the dish racks, rubber coated so it will not hurt the finish, and easy on the wallet.

Armory Racks

Hey guys, I had this thread forwarded to me. I would be happy to answer any question about my products.

Armory Racks - Handgun Racks - RJK Ventures LLC.

I would also be happy to extend special pricing to the forum members via this site:

There is also some conversations going on over on the Walther and Calguns Forums that may interest you.

I like the ManAbout Racks method of storing guns and accessories (http://manaboutracks.com/default.aspx). I'm not too crazy about sticking something with a cap on it in the barrel and hanging my guns by the barrel, for a couple of different reasons. Very similar to the Kwik Draw gun rack.

Zebraranger.

There are several different methods of storing hand guns and everyone has a different view on how to do it best. We could talk through pros and cons each, but I think most gun owners can see them rather easily and decide what works best for them. The Armory Racks design worked for me to enable under gun storage along with the ability to move a rack of guns with handles and secure them to the rack for display at shows. I brought Armory Racks to market because others felt the same way. The hangers cause no damage as they have a soft powder coat finish. I am happy to receive constructive feedback and enhance the design over time.

There is more than enough opportunity for you to continue to sell your wood racks and I can see why some folks may like them. You may want to share with the forum that you are the manufacture of the racks that you promoted above, it will give folks the correct perspective. View Profile: Zebraranger - National Gun Forum

Mine hold my autos and my revolvers both up right just fine. I guess there maybe be odd designs out there though.

I did the dish rack thing for a while but mine would start to sag after a while.
