Hi all,
I'm fairly new to firearms. In fact, I took the HSC over the weekend, passed with a perfect score, and decided on the spot to exercise my right to arms. They had a M&P 45 on sale and now I wait 10 days to pick her up. My safe is lonely:
I've a beautiful wife, a little boy and another on the way and am a firm believer of emergency preparedness. My first priority is to keep them safe. I have NO sympathy for those who do not prepare and expect the government to come to their rescue. I'm a Krav Maga practitioner and am very open to other forms of CQC to encorporate and make a style that works best for me. The only missing piece was a firearm and that's why I'm here. I EDC a folder and flashlight at all times and have come to realize that only certain types of people do that. I think I'm among friends on this forum if you understand the mentality.
I browsed the forum and everyone looks to be very knowledgable and kind. If you don't mind my very new-shooter questions, I think I'm going to like it here!
