I went over to that other forum. His series of posts on the other forum would lead me to conclude he has bin full of separate boxed ammo, not a hodge podge bin of loose ammo as he stated here. Over there did state:
"Heres an update the 3 brands of ammo in my bin are Remington, Winchester and Wolf"
His attitude over there is the same as it over here. I'm actually surprised that the the other forum has been uncharacteristically restrained.
AGAIN... I STRESS...
OP, I'm glad you are physically unharmed. I sympathize with your frustration with S&W's delay in responding to your request to have your inoperable rifle returned. It's your property, not theirs. I also sympathize with your frustrations at laying down hard earned money for a rifle, only to blow up the rifle on the 2nd pull of the trigger.
The diagnostic report authored by a S&W employee belongs to S&W. You didn't pay for it. You don't own it, nor have any claim to it. It is at S&W's discretion whether or not to share the report with you.
Your actions are a direct contributing factor in your M&P 15's catastrophic failure by mixing up various factory ammo randomly into a bin. Your actions are a direct contributing factor in killing any chance you have to file a claim against an ammo manufacturer.
Man up, take some personal responsibility, and stop living in denial.
