Well I am preparing to get rid of all my guns as NY Just passed sweeping legislation last night under the cover of dark, and the Assembly just passed it today, effective immediately!

You can't evenbuy ammo in NY withough a background check, no magazines over 7 rounds, no Pistol Grips on any longgun - all banned! Get caught? Felony!!!!!

1 Year to register your gun so you can keep it,, although we all know that registration will lead to confiscation.

A very sad day in US history. I will now start my mission to move out of New York, I have had enough of this backward state.

Who's going to buy used 10 round magazines in gun friendly states when they can have higher capacities. No one. This forces us to turn them in, destroy them or be arrested. Looks like i'll be getting another XDS... Maybe 2.

You can donate to them and not be a member, you are aware of that, correct?

Not less than a month ago I donated $100 to them. And that's about... a 4 year membership? Having a little sticker on a forum board to me doesn't mean anything.

And coming from a massive computer background and education I don't want to support them right now as they continue to blame "games" for violence instead of the mentally ill who are the ones committing the crimes.

I'm sad to see such a political maneuver which does nothing to address the real problem of suicidal murderers. I have a feeling this is just a prelude to the gun control news we're set to hear about tomorrow.

Now is definitely the time to join the NRA !!!
