So I was flying around cyberspace the other day and I came across the Bug-A-Salt! This thing is pretty awesome and I hope to have one in my near future! I wanted to show this off because I think it is a great idea and way better alternative to a fly swatter!

BUG-A-SALT: The Original Salt Gun

You have to see the videos of it! I am not happy it is made in China but hell what isn't these days!

Some of the videos posted on the site are a hoot.

A real A-Salt Weapon. This will probably be added to a weapons ban of a similar sounding name buy fools that wouldn't know the difference.

I got one last year, unfortunately just after fly season.
But I'm ready to go this year. My BIL and one nephew got them for Christmas. Maybe we'll have a shootout.

Careful, you could take an eye out with that thing!;)

Maybe that's just what I need to get rid of this damn bug in my computer...

Fanciest salt shaker I've ever seen. I could season 30 steaks from yards away with one of those things. No more rubbing, just blast the seasoning in.

I got shot with rock salt one time....poor flies....I can relate.

Looks pretty cool. I wonder how it works on the dreaded stinkbugs? They're everywhere around here. I may have to get a 55 gal. drum of salt and have some fun.

A natural way of insect control is to dust the plants with diamatatious earth. It's very abrasive on a small scale and rubs off their waxy coating on their skin. Then they dehydrate and die. I wonder if it would work in the Bug-a-Salt? It might be too light.
