Nothin to fancy, just an average 95 Ford F150 4x4 with a 5.0l and an E4OD automatic transmission. A bit rusty but runs good with only 112,000 miles on it!!

My summer car 2009 Pontiac G8 GT with a few mods;), engine and tranny tune and a kick-butt stereo!

Mrs. Kozmic's summer ride 1994 Pontiac 25th Anniversary Trans AM with 33,000 miles. Basically stock but some suspension work, an intake system and you guessed it... a kick-butt stereo.:)

I had a V6 Fire Chicken when I first came to the US. I know what you mean about suspension mods as they certainly had some interesting handling traits straight from the factory.

Can't post a picture of mine. It's a 1988 Yomama Vendetta CTG, with the optional +P transmission.

For just a few extra bucks you coulda got the +P+ with the magnum pistol grip shift knob. Then customized it with goodyears;)

88 K5 Blazer 4x4
This is my weekend truck/range truck and snowboard transport vehicle.

New GM goodwrench gutless engine at 10mpg, 700r4 with some nice upgrades (built by my uncles trans shop), 4.88 limited slip rear with upgraded axles (10 bolt since I don't do hardcore off roading), front still needs gears and it needs a cv driveline.

79 Chevy C20 Camper Special Silverado pickup
This one has a ton of upgrades.
406 sbc 10 mpg when empty and I keep my foot out of it(currently getting freshened up with a forged crank and full roller valvetrain)
Estimated at 420hp 525tq
ported aluminum heads and intake
10:1 cr
headers, 3" exhaust
MSD and Taylor ignition
4 wheel disc brakes powerslot/hawk hps
Rear air bags for towing
Built Th400 with all the good upgrades
Gear vendors overdrive for 6 forward gears
14bff rear axle (one legger with 4.10 gears) 9 leaf springs on each side from the factory
33" bfg at's for rear and 265/75-16's for front
Auto Meter gauges and aftermarket dash bezel
nice stereo
custom seat upholstery with bolstering to make the bench look more like buckets

The trailer is a 21' toy hauler and it weighs 9k pounds with my dune buggy inside and a tongue weight of 1180 lbs.

It is still a load for this truck, but I just don't want the payment of a newer diesel truck and I won't part with either of my square bodies.

This guy joined me recently -- '99 F-150 4x4, 5.4L Triton V8, towing package. I put some new wider (285) all-terrain light truck Michelins (great sand/soft dirt profile) on all four corners and the spare ($$$!!), and I think I'm going to add a Warn winch and heavy front bumper. In the '80s my wife and I used to do some remote camping (American southwest and Baja), and I'd like to get back into that. (The Alaskan in the background won't fit this truck. It used to ride on a 1969 F-250 that was our previous tough trails truck.)

The standard pavement vehicle is a 2005 Lexus RX330 that I got used about five years ago when I realized that neither my knees nor my wife's would let us get comfortably out of the low seats in the small sedans we had favored up to that point. It's basically just a taller car with good room for a couple of adult passengers in the rear seat and a fair amount of cargo space as well. The RX330 is the best and most reliable vehicle I have ever owned, and if it ever wears out I expect I will just replace it in kind. I remember reading of a GM engineer a few years ago who commented on a new Lexus model that his company had just given a complete tear-down inspection, "We have learned not to expect the Lexus designers to get anything wrong."

I don't doubt there are other vehicles equally as good, but I am sure glad I stumbled onto this one.

Yep Steve....All Firebirds (especially convertibles) drive like an articulated bus out of the factory.:(

I lowered it about an inch, put adjustable Koni shocks all around and a few bolt-on frame connectors, bushings and stiffeners and new rubber. Now it rides on rails. I never would have thought it would make such a huge difference. It became a canyon carver!

Of course Mrs. Kozmic didn't feel any difference!
