Forum Rules

I get out of patience with the threads that try to use serial numbers to figure out whose gun was made last in a year or whose gun is older/younger. Roy Jinks has pointed out many times this is a pointless exercise. Frames are produced and numbered, then put in bins. They ARE NOT used in sequence and even if they were L frames are going to many models...not just your gun! Also, some guns seem to get made and then ignored on the shelf somehow. S&W only tracks ship dates, not build dates. GET IT?

Naw, it's the "Like" count that really matters.....:D

Actually, what really matters is the liked post average. You take the number of "Likes" divided by the number of "liked posts" to get your "like average". Mine is currently 4.91 likes per liked post.

French maids and dangling thingys, colon probes, hemrrohroids, and chili recipes. Life is good on a gun forum!! I find very little here I don't enjoy reading, if I do I just move on.

Always thought it was better to like than to be liked....I try to go for at least 2 to 1........

Ergo my signature......:D:D:D

New Threads

When posting a new thread, please make sure that there aren't fifteen threads already posted saying the same thing!
Also, when weighing in, maybe we can read the posts already entered so that we're not just restating someone else's opinion?
Maybe just add a "+1"? I think its funny when people state the same facts as people have already posted, like they couldn't be bothered to read another person's opinion because its just not as important as their own. OK. Rant over, flame suit on!:eek::D
